Since the 1st of this past March, Balance Express has been part of the Miliem family. Founded in March 2007 by Simon Brulotte, the company operates primarily in the Québec City area. Known for the trust it has built with customers, Balance Express wanted to preserve those relationships as its founder approached retirement. Simon Brulotte will remain active with Miliem over the coming years, mentoring technicians and helping ensure a smooth transition for customers.
Miliem was formed in 2020 through the merger of Balance Dodier and Solution Balance X-Cell and already operates actively in several regions of Quebec, with offices in Drummondville, Sherbrooke and now Quebec City. Miliem values respect, innovation and professionalism. Integrating our technology platforms will benefit the customers previously served by Balance Express and support technicians in their daily work.
For Miliem, this is an opportunity to accelerate growth, expand its reach and raise awareness of the importance of scales to the economy and the expertise of its technicians. As a people-focused business, it is committed to maintaining relationships of trust with employees, customers and partners.
